The University of Maryland School of Social Work, Office of Alumni Relations, invites you to the launch of Untangled: A Black Woman’s Journey To Personal, Spiritual and Sexual Freedom, by our own Clinical Instructor and Best Selling Author Victoria D. Stubbs.
Victoria is a faculty member at UMSSW and a graduate of Howard University. Her expertise is in working with survivors of domestic violence and trauma. Victoria also has a private practice where she offers therapy to LGBTQ individuals and couples. She has taught with UMSSW for seven years and currently teaches, Social Work Practice with Individual, Social Work Practice with Groups and Families, Advanced Clinical Intervention and Mindfulness, Stress Reduction and Self Care.
Over the past several years, we have watched Victoria become a valued member of the UMSSW team and we are honored to celebrating her personal and professional accomplishments. Our hope that you will join us as we extend kudos to her in recognition of such a prestigious milestone.
