Supporting Students Affected by Hurricane Florence at the UNC-Wilmington Campus

One of our PhD alums is on the faculty at UNCW School of Social Work and shared the following message with me. "Many of you have inquired about opportunities to help support our community in this time of great need. Our Office of Community Engagement has been working hard to curate a list of opportunities, which you may access via their Facebook page. We will share additional information on emerging opportunities when available. I also want to encourage your support of our UNCW Campus Emergency Fund, which provides financial assistance to UNCW students affected by natural disasters" Chancellor Sartarelli (University of North Carolina, Wilmington) Also if you have friends and family who were displaced by Hurricane Florence, please feel free to stop by the UMSSW Student Services office and let us know.
