September 19, 2018

On Tuesday, September 25, at 5 PM in the Auditorium, the School will host a special event: A screening of the documentary, "Heather Booth: Changing the World," and a discussion with Ms. Booth. Heather Booth may be the most influential person you have never heard of.

During her remarkable career, she has played an important role in progressive movements during the past half century: from her involvement with Fannie Lou Hamer and the Freedom Summer Project, to her founding of the JANE Underground, to her personal relationships with respected leaders such as Julian Bond and Senator Elizabeth Warren. Get inspired by the film and discussion to organize and create change.
