Last Motivational Interviewing Learning Community Meeting of the Semester - Mon. April 30

Interested in learning more about Motivational Interviewing? Join us for our last meeting this semester to learn more about MI and talk about upcoming MI learning opportunities. In short, motivational interviewing is a goal-oriented, client-centered counseling style for eliciting behavior change by helping people to explore and resolve ambivalence, and help elicit their intrinsic motivation for change. The style and skills of MI are helpful across a variety of social work speciality fields as well as a host of other disciplines! All are welcome: this group is open to people with experience already, as well as those new to MI! We will meet in Room 2E14 on Monday, April 30 from 12:30-1:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
