Greetings SSW Community! This summer is shaping up to be an exciting time of change and transformation within the school, literally. Two major renovation projects are planned to begin in May and June.
1) SSW East Third Floor Classrooms: Beginning May 14th and continuing through the beginning of August, major renovations are taking place on the third floor. Room 3E04 through 3E34 will be renovated to modernize the space and increase overall classroom size to improve the learning experience, focusing heavily to create an environment that promotes more comfortable in-class collaboration and group learning. During construction all classrooms on the third floor will be off-line. Support Services will do our best to accommodate requests, but please understand classroom availability over the summer will be limited.
2) The SSW Auditorium will be undergoing major renovations to meet ADA compliance. A new ramp will be installed to allow ease of access for all members of the SSW community. Construction is scheduled to begin at the beginning of July and should be completed by mid-August. As such, the Auditorium will not be accessible beginning July 1st. Support Services will do our best to accommodate large group functions through the Campus center and other schools.
