The Macro Student Union will be holding its April meeting this Monday, April 2, 5pm-6pm in room 2W11. The focus of the meeting will be on preparing for the Job Fair the following day.
As many of you know, the majority of the vendors will be catering to clinical students. As a macro student, you will need to be prepared to use networking tactics with these vendors. Every organization needs macro social workers so it is important to know how to sell yourself as a macro practitioner. We will have two guest speakers at the meeting, Linda Wise and Emily Lee, who will discuss ways to effectively do just that! We will also be handing out materials on how to introduce yourself to employers.
