Volunteer Opportunities at My Sister's Place Women's Center

Our volunteers are our greatest resource and we invite you to join the team. The following are current opportunities: • meal service • workshop facilitator for classes that include wellness, self-discovery career exploration and job preparation and housing readiness •front desk assistant to answer telephone calls in a professional manner and welcome/direct guests and visitors to information and resources •career counselor to work one-on-one with clients as they complete online job applications, create résumés and cover letters, conduct mock interviews, assess clients’ progress and provide staff feedback.
