Interested in learning more about Motivational Interviewing? Join us for an informal learning community where we share ideas, experience, and research related to MI.
MI is a goal-oriented, client-centered counseling style for eliciting behavior change by helping people to explore and resolve ambivalence, and help elicit their intrinsic motivation for change. The style and skills of MI are helpful across a variety of social work speciality fields as well as a host of other disciplines!
All are welcome: this group is open to people with experience already, as well as those new to MI!
We will meet in Room 2E14 on Monday, Feb 26 from 12:30-1:30pm and every other week through the semester. You can contact Camilla at email@example.com with any questions!
We look forward to seeing you there!
