The School Social Work Association of DC (SSWA DC) is hosting a full-day conference on Saturday, April 14, 2018 (8:00-4:15) in Washington, DC. There will be workshops from restorative practices and clinical skills training, to nutrition, mindfulness, and advocacy. Graduate students interested in school social work or school-based therapy, school social workers, school counselors, school-based mental health providers, school psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, teachers, school administrators, and educational advocates are encouraged to attend.
