Proud of MSW Students

Some of you have heard that a rock was painted at Michigan State University (MSU) to celebrate the courage of women who had come forward to testify against convicted sexual assaulter and MSU doctor Larry Nasser. This was discussed on NPR, among other places. I am pleased to report that this rock was painted by social work students. I am proud of these students and of our UM SSW students for continuously fighting for greater social justice, in a wide array of manifestations, even when it doesn’t make national news!
