scopus

Faculty & PhD Students: Please join us for a Scopus training facilitated by Gail Betz, UMB Research Education & Outreach Librarian, on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 12:15-12:45p (followed by Q&A) in Room 4E36 (Computer Lab). Scopus is the largest abstract database of peer-reviewed literature. It contains international literature in the fields of medicine, social sciences, technology, life sciences, and more. In this workshop, you’ll learn to use Scopus to find research, as well as how to use the database’s unique features that allow you to track and analyze citations. You will also learn how to find your own research in Scopus and leverage that data to create a picture of your research output. RSVPs are not required, but they are encouraged- please send RSVP with your name to angie.larenas@ssw.umaryland.edu. We hope you'll join us for this informative training opportunity with our very own UMB SSW Librarian!
