Congratulations on making it to the Spring 2018 semester! Come join the International Social Work Organization (ISWO)!
ISWO focuses on providing relevant information and referrals to students interested in working in international social work through collaboration with local NGOs, faculty, alumni, and fellow students. We partner with UMB schools to provide an interdisciplinary framework to prepare students for international research and work. ISWO utilizes a "global-local" perspective by promoting opportunities to work with and advocate for international populations here in Baltimore. This semester we have a ton of exciting events, including: "Love with no boundaries", a movie night, Story Time with Peace Corps director nominee Jody Olsen, and career mentoring events!
