Faculty Funding Opportunity: Community-based Research in Collaboration with Community Partners in Ba


This is a funding opportunity for faculty interested in conducting community based research in collaboration with community partners in Baltimore City.

This funding will provide research funds for UMB faculty to work in partnership with community based organizations to implement community programs or conduct community based participatory research, addressing population health needs, health disparities or social justice issues in Baltimore.

Each project is eligible for an award up to $15,000 for a one-year initiative. Two proposals will be awarded in 2018 by the Center for Global Education Initiatives’ Local Community Based Learning Program. Grants are due January 12, 2018.
