Tuesday, November 28: Come join SUPER and Student Development & Leadership as we invite Nurses for Justice Baltimore (NFJB) to do a showing of Bevel Up, a documentary on the street nurses of the Outreach Program of the BC Centre for Disease Control in Vancouver, Ontario.
The street nurses directly bring health promotion and harm reduction to vulnerable populations in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, providing nursing care outside of the walls of a hospital. After the showing we will have a panel discussion with members of NFJB, a group of nurses in Baltimore who are committed to using unique qualities of nursing to promote social justice in Baltimore.
