Associate Professor Corey Shdaimah and her co-editors Chrysanthi Leon (University of Delaware) and Katie Hail-Jares (Griffiths University) spoke at an event featuring their new edited volume, Challenging Perspectives on Street-Based Sex Work, at an event hosted by the Center for Crime and Popular Culture at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY.

The event, attended by community members, faculty, and student, was an interactive conversation about the politics and ethics of regulating sex work, conducting research, and social service provision within a context of limited choices and scarcity, and the role of stigma and morality in shaping our current responses to sex work.
