Dr. Jennifer Swanberg presented at the national policy forum, "Redesigning Work: Making Flexibility the Solution, Not the Problem" at New America in Washington, DC on October 26, 2017. Professor Swanberg presented on the scheduling challenges faced by US workers in low-wage jobs, the effects of unstable and unpredictable scheduling on worker well-being and economic security, and organizational level strategies to reduce to address these challenges.
