Stacey Shipe, PhD student in the SSW, Terry Shaw, Sara Betsinger, and Jill Farrell published the article: Expanding the conceptualization of re-entry: the inter-play between child welfare and juvenile services in Children and Youth Services Review. This study expands the definition of re-entry by examining 2259 children who either return to the child welfare system or move in the juvenile justice system after reunification from foster care.
