Dean Richard Barth of the School of Social Work would like to invite you to attend the Grand Opening of the School of Social Work Lactation Room on Thursday, May 18 at 10:30am in room 2E13 of the School of Social Work, 525 W. Redwood Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. We will have UMB bibs for the first 10 Lactation Room moms and babies who are present.
There will be a short ceremony with honored guest UMB President Dr. Jay Perman.
We hope you can attend to show your support for this important resource for new families in our UMB community. Breastfeeding is a fundamental public health measure that requires social support as well as education.
