A panel discussion with members of the community group, Baltimore Asian Resistance in Solidarity (BARS). Founded and brought to life during the Baltimore Uprising in 2015, BARS brings together Asians and Pacific Islanders of all backgrounds in Baltimore for learning, mutual support, and radical organizing. Discussion will include: dismantling the model minority myth, multi-racial coalition building for justice, Asian activism in the U.S., and more.
