The UMB Committee on Refugee and Immigration Policy (U-CRIP) is hosting an event on Tuesday, April 25th from 6-8 pm called "DREAM On: A Pro-Immigrant Legislative Update & Advocacy Training."
It aims to help people learn how to be a legislative advocate for immigrant and refugee community members. They will be discussing relevant federal legislation and doing brief trainings on concrete steps that people can take to help.
