Associate Professor Mel Bellin will join interdisciplinary peers in San Diego March 12-14 to update best practice guidelines for spina bifida healthcare delivery. Dr. Bellin has over 15 years of collaborative research in the areas of spina bifida self-management, family functioning and psychological co-morbidities. Dr. Bellin is also a co-presenter with nurse and physician colleagues in the subsequent 3rd World Congress on Spina Bifida, likewise held in San Diego.
