Let Your Voice Be Heard - Calling all prospective student SSW convocation speakers!

The theme for social work month which begins this week is Social workers stand up (for millions of people every day). This is also the theme for our student convocation speeches. If you are motivated to have an active part in our convocation at the Lyric on May 19th. So what do you need to do? Compose a speech no longer than 5 minutes and video the speech on your phone, or I can help you arrange a time in our media center, and submit to me via a media file by March 31st. At the April meeting of the graduation committee we will be viewing the submitted speeches and making decisions for 1-2 speeches. We have a rating system that we follow for fairness.
