Please join the Organization of African-American Students in Social Work (OASIS) and The Alliance of Anti-Racist Social Work Practitioners for this deep dive into the words and labels we use in all levels of social work practice. This workshop will be led by Shawna Murray-Browne LCSW-C, owner of Kindred Wellness, a holistic practice for the healing, empowerment and renewal of women, girls and their families. The workshop will focus on Intentional Social Work Practice: Exploring Anti-Racism, Pro-Blackness and Mindfulness in Action. There will be both clinical and macro content- all are welcome!
