Join members of the Baltimore City Council Education & Youth Committee, students, parents, community members and nonprofit organizations for a bake sale to raise the funds needed to get our kids back on the bus! The MTA's changes to its S-Pass policy compromise our youth's access to after school programs. This sends the wrong message. We need to restore students' access to public transportation between 6-8PM.
