Reading Partners, a program which increases reading literacy in Baltimore City Elementary School students, is in need of new, or gently used children’s books appropriate for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. The program allows students who are enrolled in Reading Partners to take home a book each week as encouragement, but they are running out of books. If you would like to donate a book, they particularly like ones about minorities, but any appropriate children’s book will do, please bring your books to Amy Burns, in the Dean’s office between now and March 1.
