Connecting Youth in Foster Care to Sexual Health Services

Youth in foster care experience higher pregnancy rates than youth who aren’t involved in the child welfare system. Nadine Finigan-Carr, a research assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, shares hurdles she’s found that youth in foster care encounter when seeking sexual health services and resources.
