This debate and election is occurring during a critical time within US history. In a time with so much division, with emerging social movements, and with so much at stake, it is critical that those of us in Social Work be able to:
• Think critically about key social issues
• Navigate a plurality of value systems
• Transcend political rhetoric
• Discern what this means for those we serve
Please join us on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 8:30pm (the debate will air at 9pm) in the School of Social Work’s Auditorium to view the debate and process together what this all means for our clients, our practice, and our work together.
