
2017 Abell Award in Urban Policy Student Competition
The Abell Award in Urban Policy is given annually for the most compelling paper(s) carefully analyzing and offering feasible solutions to a major policy problem facing the City of Baltimore. The best submission(s) awarded up to $5,000.
All full-time students from area colleges and universities are eligible.
