Julie Gilliam presented at the 2016 National Association of Social Workers Macro conference in Linthicum, Maryland. As social workers, there is a need to present information to promote change, facilitate understanding, and demonstrate knowledge. The workshop showed how social workers could present information to create meaning, and deliver powerful messages to our vast array of audiences.
