Join Culinart and Campus Center Event Services at 11am on August 31 in the Elm Ballrooms at the Campus Center to learn more about our spaces and how to book student organization events.
Student organization leadership is strongly encouraged to attend this session, after which you will have an opportunity for extended booking of spaces at the Campus Center through the 2017 academic year.
We will be giving presentations on our services and spaces on the quarter hour until 1pm. The session will cover how to book a space, what services we can provide, a how-to on event A/V and technology, and answers to any of your questions about our spaces or processes.
Have you put off booking your fall event or meeting? Come to the session and add your request! We will be taking event requests in person at the info session.
